If you would like to cancel your order please email [email protected] for a full refund. If the order has already been posted we offer a 7 day change of mind policy.
Change of Mind Policy
The purchaser must return the item, unopened in its original packaging within 7 days of receiving the item to receive a refund for the cost of the item. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. For more information email at [email protected]
Damaged or Faulty items
We will never knowingly send damaged or faulty items. If you have received the wrong item(s), an item has arrived damaged or faulty, or an item in any way does not meet the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, please contact Winter and associates by email at [email protected]. The manufacturers warranty does not include normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse. * Please note, disagreement with the author or text does not mean an item is faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
